These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RevOps Atlas platform, websites, managed recovery intake, and services. Managed engagements may also require a separate written scope or services agreement; that agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Submitting a Bid-to-Cash Recovery review request does not create a client relationship, subscription, purchase, or guarantee of results. An engagement starts only after the parties approve written scope and commercial terms.
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and ensure that your use of the platform does not violate any third-party rights or obligations.
Do not attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or introduce harmful code. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us permission to process submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, provide contracted services, operate the platform, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update features, policies, and pricing. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
